FINE-SIL300A Matting Powder is a special matting powder for furniture paint, coatings, leather, artificial leather, plastic surface layers, etc. It has good hardness, endowing the paint film with excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance; strong dispersibility and good suspension; no hard precipitation during storage and good refractive index.

I. Product Features
1. Excellent matting effect, can be used to manufacture various matte coatings such as semi-matte, soft matte, full matte and even non-matte.
2. Good dispersibility, can be dispersed to below 15µm by high-speed stirring.
3. The prepared paint film has good transparency and no fogging.
4. No impact on drying, storage and curing of coatings.
5. The paint film is smooth, fine, wear-resistant, with good scratch resistance and impact resistance.

II. Product Application
Matting agents must be fully dispersed in coatings to give full play to their functions. FINE series products can be easily dispersed in coatings with a standard high-speed disperser. Users should pay attention to factors affecting dispersion such as blade diameter, container size, coating slurry height and impeller linear speed during use.
