FINE-SIL300 Matting Powder is a special precipitated silica produced by gel process. It features high hardness, excellent dispersibility and good refractive index, and delivers excellent coating matting effect in the paint and coatings industry.

I. Product Features
1. Excellent matting effect, suitable for producing various matte coatings including semi-matte, soft matte, full matte and even non-matte finishes.
2. Outstanding dispersibility, can be dispersed to below 15µm via high-speed stirring.

II. Product Application
Matting agents must be fully dispersed in coatings to achieve full performance. FINE series products can be easily dispersed in coatings with a standard high-speed disperser. During operation, users should note that factors such as blade diameter, container size, coating slurry height and impeller linear speed all affect the dispersion effect.
